Courtyards!

"Well you obviously saw someone jump and it happened to be Kaalee and we just didn't want you freaking." Paige said defensively.
"And besides it's fun. It's like a giant trampoline!" She said.

"I appreciate your concern," he said briefly, turning back t his soup. Ian gave her an apologetic grimace, mouthing, "He's an arse when worried. Sorry."

Paige smiled at Ian, huffed at Seb, and turned on her heel before clacking out. She might of made her stride shorter just so she'd clack more...she really loved her heels.

(It means goodbye in Russian. I couldn't remember what eye was so I used the second best thing :p)

Kaalee woke up the next morning and started getting ready. She was about to put her robe on when she realized it was green and silver. All her robes were green and silver. She was going to kill Paige! She stormed downstairs and found Paige, giving her Kaalee's best death stare. . Before every baking item on the table exploded, making food to everywhere.
"KAALEE!" Draco yelled.
"It wasn't me!" Kaalee protested and he looked over at the Weasley twins.
"Wasn't"t us." They said in unison and then a very distinctive laugh was made known. Paige was doubled over, laughing like a bloody hyena with the entirty of the Slytherin house staring at her, glares on most of their faces.
"It my defense I forgot about it!" Paige exclaimed. But they didn't look any happier. She went to go hide behind me but I was to mad about my robes and made myself into shadows. I was always open about my abilities but there was still a fair few gasps.
"Damn it Kaalee." She muttered before looking around, and hiding behind certain hufflepuffs.

Snickering, Cole and Seb slapped high fives when they saw the baked goods explode, congratulating Paige on her mastery of pyrotechnics. Ian, seeing the advancing Slytherins, tapped their shoulder and they turned around to face the oncoming storm. Together, Ian, Seb, and Cole formed an inpenetrable wall, their wands out and arms crossed.
"OI!" Cole called in his deep, commanding voice, "Don't go a step further, Snakes. I won't hesitate to break a few school rules on your behalf."

"Lay off Crabbe." Kaalee called, almost lazily, and Crabbe glared at her before the goons left.
"Nice job there Paige." But Kaalee was grinning so Paige popped back out.
'Why thank you." Paige said before turning to the boys.
"And thank you too." She smiled at him.

It was our pleasure," Cole smiled, bowing to her. "Anytime we can help a damsel in distress, you can bet your buttons well be there."

"Hmmm...I wouldn't bet any of my buttons because those are precious but I will bet my tie collection." Paige thought it over carefully

Cole and Seb stared at her before both burst out laughing. Cole placed a hand on her shoulder, giving her a very serious look. "You do know that's just an expression, right?"

"My button collection isn't a joke!" Paige yelled and what ever remaining Slytherins disappeared and Kaalee conjured an umbrella. Then it started raining buttons.
"Ahh!" Paige cried, going under the umbrella and the buttons stop.
"While not doing so good in regular magic Paige is really good at making it rain buttons." Kaalee laughed, getting rid of the umbrella.
"Shut up!" Paige whined.

Cole shook his head, doubled over laughing, and holding onto an also chuckling Sebastian for support. Seb began to explain when it started raining buttons, and both boys yelped in pain at they were hit. "Calm down, woman," Cole rolled his eyes, " We weren't laughing at your collection."
"Yeah, we were more laughing because you have a collection--two actually." Sebastian finished, nodding in agreement.

Paige narrowed her eyes at them.
"Fine...next time you need a button see if I'll help you!" Paige hugged before making the buttons disappear and walking away.
"Now you did it." Kaalee sighed.

Cole raised an eye row. "Now I feel bad. We weren't trying to be mean."
Sebastian nodded, frowning. "Yeah, really. What's her obsession anyway?"

"It started when we were younger. Paige has really, really bad memory, like she can't remember what clothes you're wearing even though she just saw you. Her mother would infuse buttons with her memories so whenever she wanted to remember something she just had to find the button. Now we do it but it just reminds her of the fact that she's not normal. She has ADHD if you haven't noticed and her father didn't like that." Kaalee said quietly.

"Aw, bollocks," Cole sighed, running a hand through his hair. "We should probably go apologize. Do you know where she is?"

Kaalee thought about it for a bit.
"Probably the astronomy tower." Kaalee said finally.

Cole nodded and turned to Sebastian. "You coming with, mate?" Seb started to nod, then stopped..
"No, I can't. I have detention with Flitwick. Wish I could, but tell her I'm really sorry."
Cole nodded, and jogged off to the astronomy tower. There, he slowly opened the door, peeking around the corner, looking for Paige.

Paige had just jumped and nearly landed on him when he came in. She managed to twist herself to the side but fell when she did.
"Oi!' She yelled, standing back up.

Cole yelled, ducking quickly bak into the building to avoid her. He looked back out the cracked door to make sure the coast was clear. With a nervous half laugh, he came fully out onto the Astronomy Tower, an apologetic smile on his face. He offered her a hand up. "Er, sorry for that," he said sheepishly. "And, also, Seb and I are really sorry if you were offended by us laughing about the buttons. We weren't trying to be rude or make fun of you or anything swear. Sebastian would have been here to apologize as well but he got detention, so he couldn't."

"Thanks...and I might have overreacted a wee bit as well but thank you foe apologizeing." Paige smiled at him.

Nara could leav the hospital wing and walked up to the great hall, she stood in the doorway a little unsure of what to do. She then decided that she was going to sit with Draco, Crabbbe and Goyle. As she sat down she stared into space not even bothering to try and talk to someone.
